Guided by the sacred chants of the shaman, we invoke the healing powers of the four elements:

- Air to cleanse the mind
- Earth to ground and renew your spirit
As the aromatic steam rises from the healing waters of medicinal plants, you will feel layers of past burdens dissolve. This is a space to release and awaken the powerful being within.
A Renewal Ritual
After the purification, we emerge into the open air and immerse ourselves in freshwater, revitalizing our bodies and sealing in the transformation.
A Feast for Soul
We complete our sacred circle with nourishment of a meal prepared in the ancestral way. Handmade tortillas, rich black beans, white rice, and the legendary tamales pibil, slow-cooked beneath the earth’s embrace. Vegetarian options are available as well, upon request.

Itinerary:
1️⃣ Dos Palmas
Guided by a local shaman, you'll enter the traditional stone lodge as volcanic rocks are infused with water and medicinal herbs, filling the space with warm, aromatic steam.
Through ancestral chants, breathing, and moments of reflection, the ceremony becomes much more than a physical experience; it is an opportunity to release stress, leave behind emotional burdens, express gratitude, and reconnect with yourself in a deeply meaningful way.
As you emerge from the temazcal, you'll complete this ancient purification ritual with a refreshing swim in a crystal-clear natural cenote. The cool, pristine waters provide the perfect contrast to the warmth of the ceremony, leaving you feeling revitalized and renewed.
To conclude the experience, you'll be welcomed by a local Mayan family for a traditional homemade meal prepared with ingredients grown on their own ecological land. Enjoy delicious chicken pibil, handmade corn tortillas, white rice, black beans, and refreshing hibiscus water.
