- Meet your local host in Cozumel Your private adventure begins at the Cozumel ferry terminal, at 10:00 am, where our local host will warmly welcome you upon arrival. Whether you're already staying on the island or arriving from Playa del Carmen, we'll be waiting to accompany you to meet your captain and crew before boarding your private boat.

During the ride, your local snorkeling guide will introduce the day's itinerary, explain the marine life you're likely to encounter, and provide a comprehensive safety briefing, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and ready for the adventure ahead.
  Before reaching the first snorkeling site, your guide will help you with your equipment, including your mask, snorkel and life jacket, making sure everything fits perfectly for a safe and enjoyable experience. To help protect Cozumel's fragile reef ecosystem, the use of sunscreen is not permitted. We instead recommend wearing a rash guard or lightweight wetsuit for comfortable sun protection throughout the excursion.

- If bad weather forces the Port Captaincy to suspend access to El Cielo, we will ensure you still have a great experience by exploring alternative reefs on a safe area of the island.
- From time to time, the Port Authority may change which reefs are open for visitors in order to help protect the marine ecosystem. If that happens, instead of visiting Palancar and Colombia Reefs, we’ll take you to other equally stunning and vibrant reefs, where you’ll enjoy the same crystal-clear waters and an amazing snorkeling experience.
- By default, the tour is arranged so that one of our team members will welcome you upon your arrival at the ferry terminal in Cozumel, where your experience begins.
- If you’d like an even more seamless experience, we also offer two optional upgrades for an additional fee:
  1. Option one: A dedicated guide will meet you at the Playa del Carmen ferry terminal, accompany you throughout the entire experience, and escort you back to the same ferry terminal in Playa del Carmen at the end of the tour.
  2. Option two: For an additional fee, we can also provide direct hotel or Airbnb pickup and drop-off, so you won’t have to worry about transportation before or after the experience.
